This is regretful news, but one that I feel must be known to the entire Digital World.

Today, Commanders Rentarou Satsuma, Takamachi Nanoha and I met with Tankdramon, of the Neon City defense corps. However, this meeting ended up being interrupted... by Dr. Akihiro Kurata.

Kurata has become a Bio Hybrid once again, using the data of the digimon who was once his partner his partner, Astamon... who was known in our world as the Demon King Belphemon. What's more than that... he seems to be merged with Astamon on a personal level, both of their individual minds having become part of a single being.

In a sense... Kurata has now become a human Demon King.

What's more, he seems to have gotten around the limitations set by Yggdrasil, and bonded himself with a new partner... a digimon who calls himself "Dr. Nise."

His powers are beyond that of a normal Bio Hybrid... but at the same time, we know that he can be hurt. Kurata's motives seemed to be to test his new body, but I doubt he will stop there. I want everyone, DATS or otherwise, to be on alert, in case he acts again.

We've just received word that Argomon has come to a stop. This is our chance to strike back against him!

I want all available agents serving under Optimus Prime's heavy unit to attack Argomon. He is currently at this position.

Hello, my name is Daimon Suguru. We've never communicated before, but... I would like to inform you that we have Sheena Fujibayashi here, resting in our medical bay.

Something has transpired... that has resulted in her being freed from Leviamon's influence. In short, by all appearances, she's free.

We'd like to keep her here for observation, but you're welcome to come see her. And for the time being, we would like you to keep quiet about the specifics of this matter, as they are still somewhat sensitive.

With the re-organization fast approaching, I wanted to take the time to announce another big change for DATS. Namely, an addition to the command structure.

First off, the core three Commanders... will no longer be the three you know. Satsuma and I will continue to hold our positions, but Commander Yushima is now going to have a new position assisting me with DATS' relations with the rest of the digital world, as well as teaching a class for all Tamers to familiarize themselves with the ins and outs of being a Tamer and relating to the various denizens of the Digital World.

In short, he's still with us, so don't go counting him out yet!

Taking his place in the upper chain of command... is Takamachi Nanoha, who will be over-seeing the new General Response and Heavy Response Divisions when we complete the re-organization and re-assignment of new and existing DATS personnel.

So, that said, congratulations are in order for both Commander Yushima and Commander Takamachi. And for the record, she would like you all to know that she will continue to hold regular training sessions on the Royal Base grounds.

Everyone, in light of recent developments, and DATS recently passed anniversary, I'd like to announce some changes in the organization of our group. This will likely allow DATS to manage itself more efficiently, in the future.

Now, it goes without saying that there will be some significant changes with this. Some members may be transferred out of existing units, or be given new rank assignments. Rest assured, we'll work with everyone to ensure that we do this according to everyone's strengths and weaknesses.

And, what's more, this will allow us to reopen Primary Membership applications for those of you who wish to join a part of our organization that is not the Neon Branch or the Investigation Unit to do so. And of course, those two will be open as well.

We've provided an explanation for anyone curious about the changes to DATS overall. For those of you who would like to join us, or change your level of membership, feel free to respond with your name here. Secondary, Primary, Affiliate... any of those would be excellent.

I'd like to make an announcement.

The group of Tamers under the command of Kazama Daigo - Aerith, Dora, and Hard Man respectively - are now placed under probation here at the Royal Base. In exchange for not being imprisoned, they will be aiding as members of DATS and exchanging all information they have on the Dark Area with us.

That is all.

Several days ago, as you all know, DATS engaged the Dark Area, in their slave camp. Through the machinations of the woman we believe to be named Lien-da, what we attempted to have be a discourse between both our parties ended in both sides engaging in combat.

The main called Daigo, and several Tamers working under him, were taken into DATS custody. We also gained possession of the Dragon Tag. Furthermore, various details came to light... some explicable, and some not so clear. Lien-da was revealed to possess the Demon Seal of Pride, and was in league with another Tamer by the name of Scourge the Hedgehog.

... We can only assume that Lucemon had a role in what happened next. Towards the end of the battle, an earthquake occurred, and the camp was swallowed by fissures and destroyed. Furthermore, reports are coming in that chaos has erupted throughout the Dark Area... but to what extent and what effect this will have is unknown.

Secondly, one of the instigators of the Tetha riots, and part of the group attempting to stop our efforts to gather the Tags, Gryphomon, appeared in the battle, and was reverted by Team 2. It is assumed he stepped into battle on the pretense that the Dragon Tag was involved.

What isn't so clear is the involvement of the two people who joined in the battle against DATS, one of whom later turned on Daigo. He is believed to be involved in the disappearance of the slaves that were interred in the camp. His accomplice, a young woman with red hair and a Guilmon, fell in battle but escaped. The young man has brown hair, and is partnered with a digimon that evolves into a white Grademon. One of Daigo's other accomplices, a transformer named Starscream, is also at large.

Finally... though injuries were inflicted on both sides, Captain Nanoha was seriously injured. She has not yet regained consciousness.

I'm sure all of you are curious about events that transpired several days ago. In the interest of free exchange, I see no reason not to hide these events, as they affect both DATS members and a civilian.

On March 25th, servants of Lillithmon, and the Demon King herself, began a coordinated assault on various... individuals connected to her. Namely, Commander Satsuma, Agent Takenouchi Sora, and Akiyama Ryo. Furthermore, Makino Rumiko was attacked due to her connection to Commander Satsuma.

Sora and Ryou both made it out more or less okay, while Satsuma and Rumiko were both injured. They'll make it through okay, but at the same time...

... It should be noted that Lillithmon somehow managed to appear in Tetha and Axoryi are more or less the same time. This ability of the Demon Kings, or perhaps just Lillithmon herself, has never been observed before. However, this also seemed to come with a dramatic decrease in attack power. Both instances had Lillithmon defeated by a Perfect digimon.

Lastly... the attack on Satsuma was performed by Kagura Yuma... who had previously been suspected of being sealed. The one attacking Rumiko... was none other than the individual who attacked several agents of DATS Neon several weeks ago.

Ah, Nanoha, I was wondering if I could speak to you.

My fellow Commanders and I have been discussing something, and... well, it concerns you.

I'd like to thank everyone who participated in the hostage rescue last week. Fortunately, we were able to retrieve Ikuto and Yukidarumon, and everyone made it back home safely...

... Unfortunately, we were unable to keep both Dr. Doom, The Penmon, and Fangstrom from being reclaimed by Eggman and his subordinates.

Furthermore, the criminals named Dr. Wily and the Joker... their escape most likely means further challenges for DATS and all Tamers.

This ordeal has technically ended in... losses for both sides. In a sense, a draw. But a potentially costly one.

Special thanks goes to Unit 1, all of the agents who signed on to help in battle, as well as the assistance of the members of M.A.G.I., and Cyborg and the Teen Titans. We are indebted to each and every one of you.

We're ready to talk about a hostage exchange.

We'll turn over Dr. Doom, the digimon known as Osbourne Cobblefoot, and the man called Fangstrom over to you in exchange for Ikuto and Yukidarumon's safe return. Unit 1, sans their leader, will handle the exchange.

We have managed to come up with a basis for a plan to retrieve Ikuto and Yukidarumon.

Since Eggman has all but outright stated that acts of significant aggression will result in... problems for hostages, we've decided to go through with the exchange. Despite the fact that the doctor is being rather... vague... we will be approaching him with the offer of releasing Dr. Doom, and the Hellfire Gang members "The Penmon" and Doctor Fangstrom.

Unit 1 will be tasked with making the exchange. In accordance with the doctor's warnings... Commander Haruhi, you will be asked to sit this one out. Agent Kyon will take your place as leader for this mission.

However, in the event Dr. Eggman and his allies betray us and attempt to take Unit 1 as captives... Master Chief will have a covert group of gathered operatives on hand to rush in and aid them.

Lastly... the matter of freeing Ikuto and Yukidarumon. Eggman may very well show up without either of his hostages. He, in short, holds all of the cards on this one. The matter of how to reach them was... perplexing to us, until one of our agents had the idea to look at the file for one of our affiliates.

Miss Katherine Simmons... your skills include locating persons or objects with your abilities, correct? If so, could you attempt to help us with this matter? And if this is outside your range of abilities, do you know anyone else who might be capable of this?

If this does end up proving feasible... we will forgo the unit diversification for this mission alone and assemble a group of operatives geared towards entering Ikuto and Yukidarumon's location and retrieving them. The one leading this will be Commander Touma H. Norstein.

Both units will need certain members to fill specific roles. The following is the brakedown for each individual group:

Master Chief, Team A: An operative that can provide cover fire as well as strike targets from a distance, an operative who is skilled in close quarters combat, anyone capable of engaging multiple opponents on their own or with their partner, and anyone who can provide general support on the battlefield.

Touma H. Norstein, Team B: Two agents who can deliver strong and decisive attacks quickly - perfect evolution or strong use of digisoul encouraged, and an agent capable of infiltration or dealing with security measures.

If you can, please specify which position and team you'd like to volunteer for. Any additional information as to why you'd be qualified for the position would also be helpful.

It is unfortunate for me to admit, that we have suffered another security breach. This happened several days ago, but we have taken the last several days to investigate the matter.

This is not a cover up, but... the party involved, as well as their circumstances, will remain anonymous. This individual is not a criminal, but rather, a victim of the forces trying to undermine DATS in this world.

I will not with-hold any information other than this. This individual leaked information on DATS activities to a subordinate of Barbamon. This person having the opportunity to do so... was due to my giving them the opportunity.

The purpose of this post is to inform, and not to pronounce blame. A leak of this magnitude... we must all know about it. But I do not want this turning into a witch hunt.

Despite the... rather chaotic nature of this week, DATS' business has to progress as normal. Thus, we have several announcements to make.

Two colleagues of Agent Nakajima Subaru and Takamachi Nanoha are joining DATS. Teana Lanster will be joining Unit 2, and their other comrade Vita will aid Nanoha and JewelBeemon in training exercises and other activities.

Secondly, Agent Nanami, erm, Norstein will be reassigned again to Unit 8.

Finally, with these new members, DATS has regrettably reached its limit on Primary members that can serve as part of the Core Units here at the Royal Base. Those who wish to serve as Primary Members may still apply for Unit 8, the investigative branch, as well as the recently established Neon Branch, but we've reached the limit of our resources and personnel manageability.

Secondary member applications are still open as well.

Everyone! It seems Commander Satsuma has been affected by the latest iteration of the virus. With hilarious results.

There will be a 20,000 BIT reward for whomever can get me a picture of Satsuma in the form of... whatever it is he's turned into!

This is an up-date for everyone regarding the Kurata situation. As you know, a short while ago, he attacked Daimon Sayu in Neon City, and was driven off by both her and agent Hayase Manami.

However, a short time later, he attacked another DATS agent in the same area. In this case, Noguchi Ikuto, of Unit 3, who had taken upon himself to try and hunt Kurata down. Kurata was again driven off, thanks to intervention from one of Ikuto's team-mates.

Finally... he was also sighted very recently in Axoryi, and apparently attacked an injured by a party that remains anonymous. If anyone catches sight of Kurata, keep in mind that he is possibly still injured... which may influence just how dangerous he could end up being.

Several days ago, a dangerous criminal and former accomplice of what was once Kurata Akihiro's organization escaped from prison. He is now working in allegiance to Daemon, the Demon King of Wrath. Tetha's police headquarters was badly damaged, and our own agent Mighty Armadillo and his partner were seriously wounded in the line of duty.

DATS and Tetha's police force would like to thank the the Dai Gurren Brigade member known as Zero for his efforts to stop Vile, as well.

If any of you have any information about Vile's whereabouts, please inform either DATS or the Tetha Police. Keep in mind, he is a dangerous criminal, and what's more - he is confirmed to bear a Demon Seal. The extent of Daemon's hold over him is unknown, but that alone doubles the threat he bears.
